Two Well-Known Arizona Business Names Team on New Multifamily Development

Robson Communities — a well-known Arizona business brand that traditionally specializes in active adult developments — has entered the multifamily real estate segment with a new apartment complex in Chandler.

Robson Multi-Family is opening the Noria development next month.

Robson is teaming with another well-known name in Arizona real estate and apartments — Scottsdale-based P.B. Bell Cos.

P.B. Bell will handle property management and leasing at Noria, which is located a McQueen and Germann roads in the East Valley.

Noria has 237 units and 11 different floor plans.

“The demand for luxury apartments is still very strong, and Noria presents a new option for those who are looking for a premium living experience in Chandler,” said Edward Robson, Robson’s founder and chairman.

The Phoenix region has continued to see new apartments being built especially in popular areas such as Tempe, downtown and central Phoenix and the East Valley.

Rents at Noria range between $1,279 for a one-bedroom up to $2,049 for a three-bedroom unit.

“This partnership between Robson and P.B. Bell is exciting because it brings together two locally-owned, luxury-minded developers,” said Steve Soriano, executive vice president of Robson Communities. “We always relish an opportunity to put our stamp on a new project, and Noria is no different.
