Eastmark Tops Master-Planned Community List

Eastmark #6 in the Nation & #1 in Arizona Among Top-Selling Master-Planned Communities

With its 2017 home sales surpassing 900, Eastmark has been recognized as the top-selling master-planned community in Arizona for the third year in a row. Eastmark also ranked #6 in the nation among top selling master-planned communities, ranking in the national top ten for the second time, based on reports by RCLCO, a renowned real estate advisory group which just released their 2017 rankings report.

“2017 sales at Eastmark reflect an 83% increase from 2016. Since Eastmark’s grand opening five years ago, the community has sold more than 2,350 homes. Today, new neighborhoods and home options continue to expand, with more than 10 homebuilders offering over 100 floorplans in 15 uniquely crafted neighborhoods. From gated enclaves to single family homes, to lock-and-leave courtyard-style homes ready for growing families and retirees, there’s something for nearly every homebuyer,” says Garilyn Bourgeois, Director of Marketing for Eastmark.

Eastmark is located at the heart of the East Valley marketplace near the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and ASU’s Polytechnic Campus and is designed to grow into a major economic core of the East Valley. Apple’s Arizona Global Operations Center anchors Eastmark’s northeast corner and the development team is working in conjunction with the City to bring more high-quality jobs to the area. At 3,200-acres, Eastmark is zoned for up to 20 million square feet of commercial and non-residential uses.

“Five years ago, we envisioned a community that would successfully bring together great homebuilders, top educational and employment opportunities, vibrant recreational gathering spots and an unparalleled lifestyle. Today, this community exceeds all our expectations. It’s vibrant, diverse, cultured, and represents the best of local resources,” says Dea McDonald, General Manager and Vice President of Brookfield Residential.

“2017 marked important milestones for Eastmark with the addition of several firsts including The Handlebar Diner, a Safeway Retail Center, The Learning Experience Preschool and a Queen Creek High School,” adds McDonald. “Businesses are choosing Eastmark for their future headquarters and operations and we hope to announce more additions in 2018.”

Arizona’s growth has been widely tracked in local and national reports. Mesa and the Gateway area in particular continue to lead the region in residential growth and employment. Recently, a number of major employers have chosen the East Valley for their operations and many companies here continue to expand. Mesa’s quality of life and desirable location make it a great place for families, businesses and those looking for a dynamic lifestyle.

Eastmark is jointly owned and developed by Brookfield Residential and DMB. For more information about the Eastmark community, visit Eastmark.com or call the Eastmark Visitors Center today at 855-EASTMRK.
