Ryan Companies has plans to develop Site 6 in downtown Chandler. The 4.25 acre site is located directly across from City Hall on the northwest corner of Chicago Street and Arizona Avenue. “The momentum that the City of Chandler has developed in downtown Chandler over the past 10 years has been remarkable. We consider ourselves fortunate to work with the City of Chandler to meet the objectives to provide office and retail space to attract businesses that will ultimately bring jobs to the downtown area,” said Steve Jordan, Ryan Companies’ Director of Construction Services for the Southwest Region. Plans for Site 6 consist of two build-to-suit office buildings with ancillary retail. The first phase will be approximately 44,000 square feet of office with 5,000 to 7,000 square feet of retail. Phase two will be approximately 100,000 to 125,000 square feet of office with an additional 7,000 to 7,500 square feet of retail. Both the City and Ryan Companies will be marketing the site to high-tech, high-wage employers whose workers often want to live and work in the sort of urban environment downtown Chandler offers.
