Developer Mark IV Capital has broken ground a new 153,370-square-foot Class A office building in Chandler. The building is part of the 40-are Chandler Freeway Crossing development.
That is near the juncture of the Loop 101 and Loop 202 freeways in the East Valley. The building totals three stories and the space under construction has 14-foot ceilings.
Three other buildings have already been constructed at the Freeway Crossing development. General Motors (NYSE: GM) and Western Digital already lease space at the same development.
Mark IV also has a fifth 125,000-square-foot office building planned after the new fourth building is leased up.
